funnily enough i work in a professional services firm and i can imagine there are similarities: - Sales pitch i.e. i have X years of experience, i have done this all before, my fees are competitive, we ensure quality, etc - Traditionally, professional services firm (the accounting kind) has 3 key divisions; audit, tax and advisory. In a tailoring biz, i can imagine this would be suits, shirts and odd jacket/pants. - A lot of the back-end / admin work is being shipped offshore, i can imagine that would be the case once you can't find enough local coat makers to meet your demand.
